Shipra Ojha, HearSmart Hearing Solutions, Lilydale, is an outstanding professional Audiologist and person.She made my first time acquistion of hearing aids a very pleasant and easy process. Shipra expertly assessed my level of hearing and clearly explained her findings and the options available to suit me, including the follow up program.I quickly adapted to my new hearing aids and am so grateful to Shipra and her excellent staff for the very considerable benefits this has given me.I would highly recommend her services to all in need of improved hearing.

I was in desparate need of new BTE hearing aids and I spoke with my family GP who I have known for almost 30 years. My GP recommended Shipra and stated that Shipra was 'ridgey didge'. That was enough of a recommendation for me. Contacted Shipra at Hear Smart asap. After an audiology test we discussed the best BTE hearing aids for me. One week later had the new hearings aids fitted after Shipra set the correct frequency range with software on her laptop. Could not get over how great it was to hear properly again. The technology of the new hearing aids are mind blowing. I'm so happy. Lastly, Shipra and her staff are the most professional, customer service orientated people to deal with. Shipra is extremely professional and a delight to deal with. I would rate Hearsmart, Shipra and that of her staff very highly. Without question I would highly recommend Shipra and her staff at Hearsmart as being 10/10. Look forward to the ongoing client relationship with Shipra and her competent staff.

Shipra is clearly the finest audiologist I've ever come across. Her personal touch when treating her clients and her 'fit for purpose' metaculous approach when recommending hearing aids is unparalleled. This includes her unique ability to listen and understand her clients' needs/ problems, and subsequently provide expert advice and treatment accordingly. Clearly the best Audiologist out there, recommend everyone who has a hearing issue to visit her.

Shipra is amazing.she has been very patient with me. Looking forward to getting the hearing aids tomorrow and getting the masking put on for the tinnitus. I cannot recommend Crystal Atkins and Hearsmart more highly! I was a reluctant patient as I was unaware of my hearing loss and only went following the persistence of my family. Crystal was very gentle in helping me understand my hearing loss and put no pressure on whatsoever at the initial time of diagnosis. It took many months before I was ready to participate in the free-trial of some hearing aids and more than a couple of months until I was comfortable with them. Crystal was very thorough as I worked through getting used to the hearing aids, having them connected with my phone and getting the settings right. I discovered that hearing aids are not like prescription glasses that instantly remedy a vision impairment. It took me quite a while to get used to my hearing aids and to fully understand the benefits. Crystal also helped as I worked through the cost-benefit analysis setting me up with a less expensive pair that still provide the assistance I need without all the 'bells and whistles'. Throughout this process Crystal was exceptional with her support and assistance leading to the point where I could not be without my hearing aids in the same way that I would not be without my glasses. Have had a couple of very ordinary experiences of which I was soAmazed & disappointed with. Did not feel I was a person of worth or who was cared about. Then by fluke I foundShipra. I can only say anyone with a hearing loss. Shipra is the best by far to help u.My hearing loss is profound in one ear & severe in other.This wonderful lady has done more, much more , unbelievable care attention

Shipra Ojha is the best audiologist I have ever come across. She knows her stuff and has the ability to explain it in nontechnical language. The clinic itself is very well presented and well equipped, with office staff who are friendly and competent. Overall highly recommended.
