I always find whst i need

I went there and book a dress and the man at the front asked me to deposit 25$ to book that dress and asked me to inform the following day whether I want that dress or not. And he promised me he’ll return my money anytime. He stated ,”It’s your money, it won’t go anywhere if you inform me tomorrow if you actually want the dress or not” And I ringed him and informed him the next day that I don’t want that dress. And I went back to the shop after few months (because I live far from campsie and didn’t get a chance go campsie) and he denied to return the money showing the 30 day return policy in the bill. If he had told me to come back within 30 days to get my money back I would definitely visit his place within that period of time. And he was talking very rudely to me. I wish I could rate 0 star, he’s lucky that we have to give at least one star. Will never go back again.

If there were more stars I'd give them. Gorgeous formal dresses, evening wear and casual gear at great prices. Local gem not to be missed !! So much to see. Lovely staff too. Thank you New Look Fashion - I'll be back !!See their Facebook page for photos as stock changes.

Terrible experience. Went with my mum to find her a mother of the bride dress for my wedding. She paid $500 for a dress that she later wanted to refund/exchange but was unable to. Staff hung up the phone on her when she tried to, they were extremely rude. Do NOT bother with this shop.

They have the most beautiful dresses.

It has a lot of new fashion elegant formal dresses, just a little expensive for me. But if you are lucky you can nab a special on clearance! Parking an issue but sidestreets and shopping centre available.

Best place to buy formal wear and reasonable prices.

It's fine but the finishing of the dresses should be more fine! Some dresses look messy!
