Ups tried to scam me with a lot of extra fees and then tried to extort me for it, got them to finally send my package through months ago and now they've sent some sort of debt collection agency after me without even making contact with me. Scamming and should stay out australia!

I cannot express how useless UPS has been and how beyond frustrated I am. A 2 day shipment has been in transit 2 weeks now and again has been delayed. Calling them does nothing. They refuse to transfer to anyone who can escalate and help with the issue. They refuse to transfer to a different centre to find the package. I would rather put lemon juice and ants in my own eyes and slam my shins into concrete poles daily than use UPS again.

Very dissatisfied with service. I didn’t receive any notification of first parcel from the states from UPS. Contacted the supplier in USA & they informed me the parcel was returned to them. My address details were confirmed the supplier sent the package again - this time two notifications received from UPS attempting to deliver & will deliver the following day no time slots given. I phoned the office asking that the package by placed in my garage. This couldn’t be done by phone but I could leave a message where the driver could see it. I explained this wasn’t a great option as any passerby could see the notice. In the end only suitable option was to travel over to the other side of the city to pick up the small parcel. One other option they gave was to leave it at another address where that person would be available. I’m not sure what planet these organisations are from as generally people are not home all day waiting for a delivery. Pretty disappointed for sure. It appears they cannot leave a msg with the driver with new instructions.

UPS has been AMAZINGI ordered from a company that tried to scam me by refusing to provide correct shipping labels and not refund my money.Kathryn from Brisbane UPS went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Emailing the company I purchased from every single day for weeks, contacting the office in Great Britain and always checking in to see if they had refunded my money.It went on for nearly 2 months and Kathryn was so helpful the entire time!She was generally just such a kind person and so so easy to talk to.HIGHLY recommend this company and Kathryn as well!

Poor customer serivce. They did not send my package to my address even thourgh i have to pay $30 usd for the shipping cost. They asked me to come and pickup my order because they said they were not able to deliver to my address. They did not even give me the notice that they dropped my package at the chemist near my house so that I can pick up, only when I checked my order status which said that my order was delivered and signed by someone else. I hope I will never have to experience the poor service again

After reading the reviews was a bit anxious about my delivery. Bought a bike from Canyon Germany to see it bounce through the US, Sydney then Brisbane. At no stage in the tracking was there delays. On the day of delivery got a call from the driver to confirm delivery arrangements. Time taken from Germany to Brisbane address was 7 days. Happy to say a really good experience...

Paid for express shipping and originally was given an estimated delivery date for today, only for the tracking system to notify that it was now being delayed, despite it sitting in Brisbane facility since last night.Tried the call centre (it’s indeed in the Philippines as the other reviewers said) and despite how polite and nice I was being, the girl just sighed at me and kept repeating that it’s delayed and would not relay as to why. She even tried to lie to me and said that it only arrived in Brisbane today and it wouldn’t be sent out so quick, but I advised her that’s not true as the tracker showed it’s been in there since last night. To which she could only reply “Oh.” And couldn’t say much else.After this interaction and looking at the other reviews, I do not have high hopes I’m going to receive it any time soon or maybe even receive it at all.

This is no longer the customer service point for UPS, they have relocated to another location.As a service however I would never recommend any use of UPS to anyone if they need to send a parcel.I'm currently 3 weeks into a shipment that is supposed to take a week and a half from the United States of America, so it's double the time .UPS lied to me on multiple occasions as to how much money owed for duties and taxes to Australian Customs and Border Protection, on multiple occasions underquoting the amounts and then requiring more and more money, essentially holding my packages hostage.Their communication is likewise poor, they attempted to gaslight me on multiple occasions that they had sent emails to me, however no email ever arrived. I am still waiting for paid invoices of my goods to customs, I do not believe I will ever see these. There goes my ability to write it off on tax.Likewise ups does not use an Australian call centre despite using an Australian communications phone number, instead directed to an international call centre in the Philippines who seem to have no idea about the location and layout of places in Australia.I had a gentleman at the call centre tell me that my package can make it from Sydney to Brisbane in a single day, and be delivered, and not to worry, I would still be receiving it by the end of the business day. Which was physically not possible.That package is still on the way, it left Sydney via Road 3 business days ago.UPS has also been passing my packages off onto Australia Post, and not updating any tracking numbers for Australia Post, or giving me any notifications for the package has been handed off.This is inconvenient as the packages need to be signed for and I need some rough estimate of when they are arriving so that I am here to sign for them.I have been lucky that I've been at home every time the packages have arrived so far.Definitely wouldn't recommend using this business for your Logistics.

I have not received my companies parcel or received any communication from UPS except to say it is out for delivery. Online it now says the parcel has now been disposed of and they supposedly attempted to make contact repeatedly. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman. Horrendous customer service!
