Bought a car from these guys a year ago. The buying process was good like any car dealership but take note there not as friendly when you have an issue with the car and have to come back. They told me Roadworthys were done offsite with someone else. From the day I picked the car up the drivers belt buckle would lock and you couldn't get out of the seat and the handbrake was like a raw sausage... wouldnt hold the car even on the highest click. That was the first red flag. In the last year I have had numerous issues with the car which one minute they say they know the problem then next they don't know and admit they can't fix a stalling issue when I fixed and diagnosed it myself on google as I was sick of being told misleading things. Amongst about 5 issues with the car, I have had one since the day I bought it and all I keep hearing is contact us again in 2 weeks than I do then it's nah give us another 2" to the point they have stop contacting me now. Plus on one occasion they broke something on the car and i had to fix it. $130 for a 2nd hand all scratched part that cost $30 brand new online and is only held on by 2 screws. Chuck also told me they dont touch diesel fuel filters because diesel is to clean in Australia and it isn't needed (get a load of that bs) All I can say is I bought my car in Sep2021 with 12 months warranty

Chuck and his team are the most reliable and trustworthy mechanics I have ever used in my 40 years of driving. They are so helpful, everytime I get my elantra serviced they keep a look out for anything going wrong. If there are any issues Chuck will explain what needs done and why. Great prices, great service and a very friendly business. I trust them implicitly, trust they have earned.

The man I spoke to over the phone today was just plain rude and misogynistic when I asked for a part for my steering wheel. How about you learn how to communicate and how to be professional. Good way to lose business.

Best experience I have had with any kinds of car repairs. They were really friendly and all care taken, but more importantly totally trustworthy and honest. As a female it can sometimes be tricky getting a car repaired. It was even a cheaper price on collecting the car. They definitely have my future business.
