I booked a lash lift & tint online- I had 2 emails & a text confirming my appointment so made arrangements to have my 2 small children taken care of.I arrived 4 minutes before my appointment & was put on a treatment couch.A lady, i assume was the manager, came in & accused me firstly of having the wrong salon, then she accused me of coming on the wrong day & then finally tried to convince me that today was 17th July, when it was actually 27th July...?!?!In front of the whole salon, with no apology, she told me she couldn’t see me as I wasn’t on their system, & that I must have done something wrong when I booked- despite 3 emails/messages confirming my appointment details.I could not have been more disappointed or embarrassed.Terrible customer service, unreliable bookings & not a way to treat a client!Bad image for services on the island- I’ll be sticking to Townsville in future!I do not recommend this salon if you want to guarantee being seen.

Roxanne does a really good scalp bleach & tone, which isn't an easy job to get even but she aces it. Xo

Roxy is awesome, usually go in for an AMAZING microdermabrasion went in today, for a tan. I'm not comfortable with hardly any clothes on but Roxy is professional and i didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The tanning products don't smell like nasty like other tans. Thanks!

Excellent colour and cut, the best I have had in a long time and Roxy is a really nice lady, very friendly and knowledgeable. Thankyou Roxy I will definitely be back. Sharon.
