Used NW Freight for a move from Victoria to SA, found the whole process to be very easy. Seems to a family run business. I paid a deposit on booking and was able to pay the balance on delivery of my items at the destination. The movers were very friendly and professional and made the move quick and easy. Arrived and delivered on time. Very well priced and good value. Would highly recommend.

Noel and the crew was a great experience.Noel came to our house to quote so he knew the items he was carrying. Also had some good ideas on how to box too.Super fast, friendly and easy to deal with.We packed in boxes as much as we could and the rest Noel and co packed carefully and thoughtfully. Any unusual items were wrapped in thick blankets and strapped down.If we could get this service internationally we would definitely get the team again.Communication is key and all correspondence was fast and thorough.Thanks Noel for the brilliant service.

Had a good think about what to say here. I think Noel has good intentions but a very poor memory. Suggest following up each conversation/agreement in writing, and taking good records. Also Fran asks for 100% payment upon pickup for interstate removals, because they've been 'screwed over' before. Great security for them, but not good for you. Suggest negotiating on this if possible, or else going elsewhere for interstate moves, as service mentality/behaviours dropped significantly after all was paid up front.Fran got very abrasive when we said we weren't happy after they moved delivery around twice, and on one occasion just didn't rock up (or even let us know they weren't going to). Petty he said/she said" accusations ensued (hence my point on good recordkeeping) - and we felt very much at ransom with them holding all our possessions and all the money. (Hence my point on not paying 100% up front.)This added huge stress to moving home

Noel got back to me straight away with a quote…that was very reasonable. Friendly, prompt, professional service.Highly recommend & will definitely use again, when needed.

Noel took cash erroneously from a casual employee, more than the job was worth and would not give me a receipt for it or an invoice and now claims I owe him money. He will not give me a copy of any paperwork. Why not?

I can HIGHLY recommend NW Freight.Having moved multiple times over the years, using various removalists (Grace, Chess Intermove, Handleys) all were very good but these guys were the best.Prices are most competitive, they communicate well, turn up on time and go the extra mile to get everything moved for the quoted price.Delivery and the whole process ran smoothly, and the staff are professional and work with you.Moving can be stressful but they do everything they can to make it a good experience.Will definitely use them again if we ever move again.

We moved on May 3 and it's a one time move as we've done simultaneous settlement. They took good care of our belongings and made sure that we are able to bring all our stuff and plants to our new house. We highly recommend this family business! Thank you NW freight!

Noel moved me from country NSW to Adelaide.it was a no hassle experience for me .all communication was done by phone and email .Fran was amazing and so helpful .They had my items in storage in Adelaide until I found a place .Then delivered to my new villa .The entire move went off with out a hitch .I would most definitely recommend them to everyone that requires a removalist.
