So helpful!!! I called the lady on a Friday explaining I had stuffed up and didn't have enough ribbon for my wedding the following week and she got it shipped straight away for me and I received it on the Monday! Cannot recommend enough! really appreciate the help

Fantastic service and plenty of hard to find things. When I ordered something that was out of stock, they rang me to offer substitutes, and when I didn't get that message and emailed later to ask about my order, they explained and upgraded me to express post to ensure I got my items even though it was my own fault I'd missed it. It's lovely to find a reliable and speedy sewing store, especially during Melbourne's stage 4 restrictions. I'm a fan :)

I bought hard-to-find wide bias binding online from Ebony Crafts. It arrived promptly, is good quality, and I will be happy to bind a number of sewn items, including a quilt, with the products.
