Instead of cleaning they make my car more dirty inside used a wet t towel and so rude staff.I wish people need to have a other choices and go to other carwash near somewhere.This is my own experience in first go.

Finding a good car wash is like finding a good Doctor/Hairdresser/Criminal Lawyer. Once you have found them, you never let them go.The Glow Magic Hand Car Wash team meticulously detailed my car to a higher standard than when I took delivery of it from the showroom floor.Thank you so much for your service and attention to detail.

They Broke the piece off my air vent, of course the manager denied it cos he's the one that did it.. This is not the first time damage has been done to my vehicle by them. don't no why I went back. Will Not be going back again.

I had been a regular customer. However, there was an incident which made me give them a poor review.I wanted wash my suv on a weekend. Since it was close to their closing time, I gave them a call to inquire. They told me if I could come in 5 mins they'll wash the SUV. I live less than 400m of their location. I went there within 5 minutes.They refused to wash the car.I explained them that I called them earlier and they I asked me to come within 5 mins which I did. They still refused to wash the SUV.If they had told me when I called I would have accepted it. However, refusing service after they had asked me to come was totally unprofessional.There are other places I can go to wash my SUV. They just lost a customer who was paying $50 every 3-4 weeks for their service.

Asked the works on a car I was about to sell, staff high pressure hosed under my hood and flooded the engine. I discovered this when my car broke down on the way to work the following day. A nearby mechanic repaired for $200, Glow Magic did not deny high pressure hosing my engine but refused refund/reimburse me for the damage/detailing.

I used to get a monthly clean inside at out. The last few times I’ve been on the weekend when they’ve been busier and they’ve been flat out rude. I’ve been overcharged twice now, turning $40 to $60. When questioned, they said it was because it was ‘very dirty’. I took it to Coburg Hill car wash (under the Woolworths) last weekend instead - much better customer service, better job and almost half the price! ($35) I won’t be going back here again.

New management does not disappoint. Spoke to Ali who delivered great customer service from the moment i entered. Great staff members, friendly and welcoming, Highly affordable and Reasonable prices, took great care of the vehicle. Highly satisfied and would definitely go back

Friendly, informative, attentive staff and service. Also bought car freshers from here which smell so good! Recyclable too so a plus for the environment:)My mum had a good service done here a few years ago and recommended it.. I'd definitely recommend it too!
