Contacted Ace Air for fault inspection /quote of our Dakin ducted AC 9.8 KW system in October/November 2017. Paul Harvey (owner) was very helpful in our initial contact and was quick to have his technician personnel (Paul) examine the system. Paul (tech) spent quality time to pinpoint the problems (fan motors/PCB's and zone motor) with repairs completed efficiently and clearly explained best practice options. Paul (tech) is certainly well skilled and knowledgeable. A good business to deal with.

Installed our ducted system in late 2004, professional and tidy installation that has worked great for 17+ years.A few days ago it came up with an error code, I rang Paul and chatted to him about my system and he directed me to what the possible problem could be, I managed to reset the fault myself and the unit is operating again, when I rang Paul back to inform and thank him, and remunerate him for his time he was just happy that he could help.Great family business that I can only recommend.

After previously dealing with Ace Air at a rental unit, I was very happy with their professionalism, time keeping and friendliness.We recently bought a house and Ace Air came out, gave a quote and we scheduled a date for installation.They turned up on time, and worked non stop till the A/C and ducts were installed. They even sorted out my switchboard, there and then.The A/C keeps the house lovely, and is so quiet.From phoning the company to dealing directly with them, you will not be disappointed.Thank you Ace Air.

Ace air installed a full unit through our builder, air con unit is 18 months old and stopped working, called 2 x to organise an appointment, after 4 working days still no response although the older lady stated she would talk to Paul and get back to me, had enough and phoned another company who did do what said they would do and got it all fixed. Sure they must be busy and a service call is not of interest to them, fine, let me know straight away and don,t waste my time. Due to the above I can,t recommend them and 2 stars is being generous.

Installer drilled into water pipe having to expose more wall, but then blamed it on my pregnant wife who was home?? Then was going to charge us extra for fixing. I called owner who turns out the installer was his son. The owner then had a go at me on the phone?? Extremely poor service, obviously no people skills or we caught them on an extremely bad day. Definitely stay away..

Professional job completed from install to service of older air conditioner. Service men were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and highly professional.Would highly recommend Ace Air to anyone.
