Average service. Item ordered was out of stock. The only way i discovered this was by calling 3 weeks after it was due/ said it would be in in a week and then when I called again two weeks later they said it would be in in a week. So I cancelled the order. No communication. Just an middleman sending gear direct from china.

I ordered 2 cable protectors for my lounge, so I could have power to our Lazboy chairs. I had to cut the back so as to get the extension cable inside the protection cover being as my cable had a plug at 1 end and a socket at the other. very pleased with the outcome, and we can now walk in safety our power cables.

Recently purchased an industrial wall fan. Great product and reasonably fast delivery. Was very happy until I needed to check something about the product for an installer and went to the website on the box and found they sold the same product in Aust fir $149 and I purchased from Seton for $277. I don’t begrudge anyone to make a margin but an 80% markup is almost highway robbery. Again great product and service but I will look a lot harder at other suppliers pricing before using Seton again. Recommend you do yourself a favour and do the same so your not shafted like me.

Seton Polycarb SDS document storage box can't even fit A4 paper properly. Let alone laminated A4 or a SDS folder.
