Joy made a gorgeous custom wedding dress for me! She made a replication of a discontinued dress that would have cost $5000 USD off the rack, custom-fit for me, for $900AUD. And it had pockets!!! Absolute miracle worker. :)

Had 2x wedding dresses made by Joy, one for the wedding ceremony and the other for prewedding photos. They are both made customised, I told Joy what style and design i like… Joy altered the dresses til they perfectly fit so they turned out over my expectations - elegant with style, perfectly matched the theme of the wedding. Joy’s very helpful and friendly when she providing the services, and the dresses are affordable! I would highly recommend Joy’s!

I ordered my wedding dress through Joy and I must say I was very nervous as I was ordering online, without ever seeing Joy as I live in another state. But the whole process was so easy. Joy was very quick with her replies and custom made my dress to my liking. She sent photos of everything as she was making the dress and checked that I was happy which made me feel involved. Joys pricing is also very affordable.When I received my dress in the mail, it was perfect! I would 100% recommend Joys Bridal.

Engaged Joy for a custom made dress and it’s everything I wanted. Joy was honest, well experienced and provided inputs to the dress when I couldn’t decide on the details. The dress fitted me very well and I didn’t have to alter it at all as she took all the measurements that was required. The dress quality is also above expectations and we were very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend Joy to all future brides!

Joy responded very promptly to all emails and was able to create a dress which was what I wanted. The quality was really good.A couple of things which I would suggest to improve the overall service: 1. To check in with the client to summarise the design concept and all inclusions to ensure both people know what is being created. I had originally asked for buttons in my email and i assumed this was going to be on the dress when i picked it up, however buttons were not added. I think this could be avoided if Joy provided an invoice or a summary of the order with the design specifics on it. As the photos i provided of the dress had buttons and i requested that in an email i thought that would be sufficient but another process could be implemented to improve that.2. I think it would be good if when the dress was tried on if Joy would offer an alteration service instead of having to get the dress altered by a third party.These are two small things, but overall the experience was very good and i recommend her to other brides who want their dream dress at an affordable price.

Was very glad I listened to my friends' recommendation to get in touch with Joy's Bridal. Joy is professional and has a great eye for detail; from helping me pick the right fabrics, refining my design and knowing the overall look that I was after. Was a wonderful process seeing my ideas becomes reality. I felt like a princess on my wedding day! Had lots of positive comments on my dress. Thank you so much Joy :)! I ordered 5 dresses from Joy. Out of 5 only 2 fitted and didn't need alterations. Although the price was amazing and Joy was lovely to deal with and quick with responses, it was stressful having to order more fabric from overseas which took 3 weeks to arrive. It also has cost me an extra $300 in alterations even though no one had put weight and it was her fault she didnt measure the arms. So my recommendation is to allow extra time and $$ after the dresses are made to getb them right. I also found it strange that I wasn't able to try on dresses when I picked them up to male sure they fittedJOY in response to your reply, i wasn't offered the option to try on the dresses . you specifically emailed me asking me to pick up from front door as there was a problem with your business with the council. As to the alterations, even if i was to use your seamstress it still wold have cost me money as well as travelling from Lilydale to Hawthorn and you still would have had to order extra material as the flower girls were so ill fitting .
