Great service with lots to choose from, ended up buy quilt & pillow set

Christmas decorations anyone? Lots here to choose from. Not just beds and bathrooms catered for.

I have been to this store twice in recent times and both times have pushed me to write this review. Products are good, store is well presented however staff are shockingly unwelcoming. You ask them something, it's greeted by a serious CBB attitude, it's too much to ask, you are bothering them, you are a nuisance, you are disturbing them. Normally, I'm pretty tolerant and I want to support overworked and overtired service staff in the current climate, but what really shocked me was seeing that attitude between staff! 2 seemingly more senior staff ladies being obviously impatient toward what looked like a new junior member of staff asking for help. Now I know where this general poor attitude comes from!

Bought blanket here. Cost was around $90. Shops looks fine. Blanket not yet used. The shop is in Westfield Burwood mall.
