Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. I wasn't able to boot up my mac this morning, but I found these guys online and they had my mac fixed in no time. Next time I have mac problems I'll call these guys first - very highly recommended!

Wow, I called to enquire about getting some help with a specific program that my mother recently had help with. I was spoken to on the phone by someone so entirely uninterested and rude I was in total shock. I wasn't offered any help, any solutions or to even bring my laptop in to have a look at. I am completely disgusted at how I was interrupted multiple times. A rude and foul experience. One star is too many.

I've been a dedicated microseconds customer for over 13yrs. I don't go anywhere else for service or sales. The people who run it know me by name and provide a personal, reliable and very cost effective experience. I've bought my last 4 computers from them. I'd highly recommend them to any Mac user.

Unreserved recommendation for Microseconds. When I called to collec the first refurburbished laptop I purchased, it wasn't up to their standards. I was disappointed but respected their commitment to quality, and returned. It lasted me for years. Second buying experience even better. I have recommended Hugh and his team, far and wide, and everyone has been happy. Every time I go there, there's loads of ABC staff there, buying up. Unbeatable for service, reliability, and honesty.

I took my MacBook. there to changed. the battery, it was reliable and quick. and affordable compared to apple store authorize. repair dealer, definitely recommended.

They were very prompt and clear in their communication with me via both phone and email leading up to and during their repair of my computer. I was happy with their quick turnaround and advice following the service. Their price was reasonable, especially given that my computer is considered obsolete by the manufacturer. They are Apple experts.

Just to begin with, Microseconds' Macbook pro repair quote was 60% less than the Apple store's, so I accepted and left it with them. But then, without me asking, they looked for and discovered an extended recall for a fault in that model, so they sent it to their Apple rep and got it fixed for free for me. Everyone I dealt with was kind, quick and efficient. Absolute legends - highest recommendation.

The proprietor, Hugh, is a really great store owner and very helpful and provides friendly service. Fixed a MacBook Pro suffering water damage to keyboard and received back in four days. Thanks very much. Highly recommended place in Sydney for Apple repairs.
