By far the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. Do not waste your money here! They were so rough, he actually hurt my nails/toes. The staff were all extremely rude aswell. Such a rip off, this place needs to be shut down.

I had a Terrible experience, the man removing my acrylics did not soak my nails prior to removing them and instead used pliers to rip my nail from the acrylic, making a hole through my nail into the skin underneath. Did not apologise for ripping off my natural nail and I still had to pay. Such a careless salon, do not recommend.

A friend and I went & got a spa pedicure and manicure. We sat down at the same time. Who did my friends feet rushed hers so much was No massage or cuticles removed or buff heels. A lot of the products are hardly put on then taken off. The cuticle push back was a tap of the nail. The whole time the staff bantered and laughed loudly between themsleves. Makes you feel self conscious!!!!! Are they laughing at us.! Please speak in english! Not listening on what we want. My nails Shellac on hands and feet was more like just colour change Won't be going back she didn't filed my nails on the shape I wanted , the polish it's thick and already peeling off. Again no massage or removal of cuticles not even water bath for the hands. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Place not clean and overpriced

Literally the worst nail service ever. I got a shilac on my toes and it already began to peel off by the third day of having them on. The staff were rude and didn’t listen to our services. I asked for shilac manicure and they disregarded that part and instead painted and let my nails dry under the fan. I highly recommend you not to go at all don’t waste your time or money on their rubbish services.

I’m appalled. Went in asking if they could do a simple nail art design in gel based off the photo I showed and the man said “Yes, no problem”. The lady then started working on my nails, clipped my pointed causing it to be wonky. I had to then ask her to try fix it before putting the gel on the nail. She semi fixed it and continued. Then she attempted to do the first squiggle and it took her 6 attempts before asking me to look. I looked at it and the lines were not smooth at all… it was like a child did it. I asked if she could try smooth it at all to look cleaner and closer to the picture shown, even asked if she wanted me to bring up the picture again and she said no. I showed my mum and sister and they agreed it was really bad. After contemplating, and also looking back at the solid white nail with bubbles everywhere I asked her to remove them as it was quite clear she couldn’t do it properly. My nails are incredibly brittle now, they didn’t even put a clear coat over to protect my now ruined nails. They ended up charging me and I’m incredibly disappointed as my nails are now worse off leaving there than arriving. Won’t ever be going back here again, especially after the man raised his voice when letting him know how disappointed I was and that they should not charge me. Shame I didn’t get a photo of how bad it was.

Been here a few times over the years when we are on holidays and always been happy. Had them done a few days ago and pleased with end result.

The service was honestly awful. They ground down my nail so much it still hurts, cut a chunk out of my skin, the nail polish job was horrendous and they were not all that pleasant. There is a nail salon upstairs in the strand which I haven’t tried but anything would be better if you do go to get your nails done.

Disgusting service! Had a manicure that seemed to be a hassle for the staff even though they had no-one in the salon.The woman told me $35 for manicure with shellac colour then tried charging me $40! The LED lamp was burning my fingers but the woman was frustrated because I complained.Never going back here again!

Worst experience of our lives went with my daughter for pedicure and full set of nails it took for ever and they were all rushing the end result was disgusting glue all over my daughters fingers and the shellac polish didn’t even cover the nails it looked like a child did it never again. Very dirty as well.

Nothing in the salon has been updated for years (except for a couple of staff). The chairs are in need of replacement. The customer service was not fabulous at all. It felt like I was a rush job yet there were no other customers. Might of been the fatest service but it’s the quality that I prefer.
