Was told it'll take 3 max days so I booked my car in on Wednesday and was told to pick it up on Friday. Friday came and they called me saying it wasn't ready, and didn't even offer a loan car. Monday came and I had to chase them up up in order to get my car. Was told I had to now wait till Tuesday. Finally when I picked up my car, it came out with a flat which they fixed on the spot. The panel work was 'okay' at best. The bumper doesn't align properly, it's only small but still noticeable. I didn't want to bring it up and have them take the car off me for an indefinite time. So I decided to just live with their mediocre repair job. The only reason I went here was because my insurance company told me to.Would not recommend, would never go back and would rather have a damaged car than bring it here.

I don't often write reviews of the places I've been, especially ones where I haven't or didn't have a choice in where I could go. Hearing the reviews on Google after my accident didn't fill me with confidence. But after having been through the process, and a few months on I can soundly recommend their services and the care and consideration put in from the Team at RPM.Right from the time I dropped it off, they let me know in advance that there was a worldwide part shortage which would negatively effect the time for repair and in particular, my case. They set the expectations correctly from the outset, and it wasn't changed - if anything the repairs were completed before the expected ETA they provided on Day 1. Despite the damages being found to have been more severe than initially indicated.My accident with another vehicle left my poor baby quite superficially damaged rather extensively. But it was apparent that the damage also had effected the wheel alignment - which meant that additional and more drastic repairs needed to occur. They advised this a few days in and were very forthcoming about their justification. If I was at fault, I might've pressed the reasoning a little more but thankfully the other party were completely at fault. Hence I had no issue with a longer recovery process if need be to bring my car back to good health :)Getting into your first car accident is scary, wondering whether or not your car will ever be the same again" is something at everyone's mind

If i can give you guys a 0 stars it still would be too much. My car was 2 months old when it was in an accident. LHF LHR doors and 1/4 panel. Not only did you guys use 2nd hand doors (ON A BRAND NEW CAR) they we not even the same shade of colour! I thought you guys paint cars?? no?? they just buffed it to make it look like it was painted.We had to come back twice because once a broken part (that was broken in the accident) was not replaced! 2nd time one door was not aligned properly and couldn't close. Isn't that something you learn when you an apprentice???The 3rd time the paint clear coat started to fade! We took the car to better and qualified panel shop and they showed me how dodgy you guys are. There is so much bog in the 1/4 panel, if the car was to go through a VIV test it would fail, all the weatherstrips, drip rail mould, side skirts are double sided taped on. ON A BRAND NEW CAR!!!I have spoken to RACV about your crap work and we are taking our car else where to get the dodgy work fixed. Now we have to replace the 1/4 panel, side skirts, weatherstrips and drip moulds and paint the doors you guys never painted.Well done RPM!! maybe you guys should go back to trade school and learn your trade again.And shame on RACV for dealing with these so called panel shop.

DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY....POOR WORKMANSHIP!On the day that I was due to pick up my car I spotted 2 paint dents on the bonnet and a blue mark on it. Not to mention they missed fixing the bonnet all together. Mark - the floor manager apologised and said they will fix it and have it done in about two days.When I returned to pick it up the second time, I spotted a new paint dent on the bonnet, which they tried to cover up with dodgy paint work.The following morning I tried to return the car to be fixed and discussed the damages that were found in the boot.Mark apologised, but said it won't be done this week as all three of their painters are off today so it's sometime next week and he won't be able to talk to his manager about the damages in the boot till next week, also. Then, they called me around lunch time that day to said that I need to take up my enquires with my insurance.After all the damage they have caused to my car and five trips later matters are still not resolved and I am absolutely gutted at how they have treated my car.

I never leave reviews, but I have just received my car back an old Lexus from what was a pretty nasty rear end damage, and wanted to share my experience.I spoke with Mark at RPM Sunshine and paid extra to have the rest of the car resprayed at the same time and he was very helpful and confident in his team.I received my car back today and it looks fantastic, I am very glad I paid the extra to have the rest of the car sprayed along with the repair. The team have done a wonderful job looking after my car with no fuss and it means a lot to me especially as I was sure the car was going to be written off.Thank you to the entire team who have worked on my car and sent it back to me looking so good. Its an old car but it means a lot to me so thank you for treating it so well.

I found these guys to be excellent. The staff were friendly, I was kept well informed throughout the process with reminder text messages before dropping the car off and progress updates sent as text messages throughout the repair process.Workmanship was fantastic. The car came back looking better than new. Based off my experience, your vehicle is in good hands with these guys.

The team at RPM Sunshine were fantastic from start to end. Their customer service was 100% and my car was repaired in goid time and with perfection. I highly recommend them for anyone considering taking their car there

Avoid this place at all costs!! One star is too generous. Two and a half months and the car isn't complete! TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR KMs. Funny feeling they drive the car at your expense, another review confirmed by his KM increase

back door and rear of car panel damage to be fixed. The time took longer than normal due to covid but the staff were very helpful and friendly keeping me updated regularly and sorted my hire car for me, this helped greatly. Very professional and great job on the car looks brand new again. Thank you.

Horrible experience. 9/10/18. Was told that I was late ( wasn’t late) when I got to reception by an angry , large red headed lady, then was told that it’s a two week wait to get in for another time..Rang my insurer who said I could then get in 4 days time to RPM (not two weeks), so I chose another repairer in Airport West , who can see the car later today....Unbelievable , no customer service or care, and one of the worst customer service experiences ever. If there were zero stars I d give them zero. My advice , go somewhere else, and this major insurer should find another repairer to keep their clients happy, otherwise there will be another set of unhappy people like me.
