Headed to the adairs home maker center to get my toddlers bed linen thus morninf the team were so welcoming and helpful. Elysha and her co worker were amazing and even helped me to the car with my shopping!Shopping isn't the easiest with a toddler sometimes but they both made it easier today!Thank you both again!

I had absolutely no idea what to get for my bedroom setup but Natalie was able to help me choose a layout to suit me. She was professional and patient with me the whole time. I highly recommend her for any purchase. Thank you for making my experience satisfying and comical too. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Always has a beautiful selection of linen. I've found if you can't get what you want in other stores, this store will have it or something similar. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Have never had a bad experience here.

Super disappointing experience in store today. We were not acknowledged at all during our time in store. Carried around a bed spread looking for inspiration, gave up and left. We ended up at Adairs in FG and received the most impeccable service and help. Spent $750. Yes our money still went into the same business, but I'm sure each store has targets and kpis. If this Adairs is failing but the one in the mall isn't, this is why. If you want to shop at adairs please, please go into the one at FG.

Sold me a damaged and faulty plant, then when I took it in at this store to swap it because I realised it was faulty and damaged, refused to swap it because it was damaged. Even though they sold it to me in that condition. Lost a big spending customer for life!

Served by a very caring and friendly staff member. She went above and beyond. In addition what I brought was on special even cheaper than what was on the shelf ticket. Very happy customer this afternoon. The donna cover and pillow slips the colour suits the room beautifully. Thanks Adiars.

Shopped here for over 10 years. Never again after yesterday I was completely ignored when entering the shop spent 20 mins walking around no help offered at all staff to busy talking between themselves.Greated other customers lovley and even helped them but because I looked like I had no money as I was dressed like a bum in my trackies I was treated like I wasn't even there. I sent an email explaining customer service terrible and don't judge customers by how they look. Heard nothing back.I spend atleast $500-$1000 at least 2-3 times a year but never again.Shame on your staff very disappointing.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. We bought a few things as they were on sale which was great. It's a great place to shop not crowded and they staff are not pushy or follow you around. They also had some very cute pictures and art which I didn't even realise they sold.

Adairs HOME Narre Warren is my go to for all my bed needs. I don’t even shop around anymore as VICKI is a stand out when it comes to customer service. Vicki listens and genuinely cares about the customers needs. Her knowledge in her field is next to none and her friendly manner is impeccable! Thank you Vicki and I WILL be back!
