Me and my family have been coming here for years, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Mr Gordon is always treating my children two little treats every time we're in. Reminds me of the old days. Meat is always very fresh and tasty. On balance, you may be able to get cheaper meat elsewhere, but we find that you cannot get this old time service much any more.

Stumbled across this place by chance. Owner was lovely and really helpful. Huge selection of quality meats and excellent array of fresh and frozen artisan products that I haven't seen elsewhere. We'll be back!

Lovely family owned shop in Neutral Bay for more than 25 years. Lots of delicious cooked meals and freshly prepared meats for home cooking to choose from. They also have seasonal items, which are great as gifts for any occassion.

Not impressed. What the prices are on their website is not what it is in the shop. Try double the price. Fine foods my foot ready made meals chicken pieces and some sausages. The Asian supermarket round the corner has a better range

Been coming here on and off for a few years. Every year they have pumpkin pies around thanksgiving which is awesome. Friendly service and the sausages are amazing. I highly recommend the san choy bow sausages as well as the maple bacon!

Went into the shop today and bought 700g of chicken tenderloin. Brought it home and started to prepare the chicken for cooking and I was disgusted to find that the chicken had a very strong odour of old flesh" and was a bit slimy to the touch. I promptly threw the lot in the garbage bin. Phoned Mr Gordon and told my story only to be told "sorry

I get all my meat from Mr Gordon. Not only is it superb quality meat, but the service is above and beyond, more than what you'd expect from most butcher shops. I couldn't recommend them more highly.Fantastic website, great prices, reliable delivery and the best meat. If you are looking for a Butcher that can look after all your needs with a smile and professionalism you are in the right place. Excellent quality every time.

Purchased 1kg of what I expected to be high quality mince on 23 August 2020. When I went to cook that evening I realised the use by" date was 04 August 2020. Very annoying!!! Had to go out and buy new meat that evening as Mr Gordon was already closed

Discovered the store through a local friend who recommended I check out their range of meats. Very impressed by their range and service. The owner spent 5 minutes discussing their new range and had an intimate knowledge of their suppliers, meats and ways to cook and prepare. Well worth the drive. Will visit again next time I am in Sydney. A hidden gem of a store.
