Great customer service very knowledgeable engineer.I chose to use the company due to my phone call regarding a quote and feeling I'm buying quality tested parts.I also purchased tools to do the job which I was showed in detail how to operate them.On my way out I was told if you run into issues feel free to call.

Andrew is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic I have ever known. Fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. Has serviced and repaired all my cars from Audi TT, VolvoXC to BMWX5. Spot on.

If you need your wet-clutch DSG serviced, look no further! These guys are by far the cheapest in Melbourne. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and, most importantly, they know their Euros. May just make them my regular service haunt (just a shame I live on the other side of town, but that's hardly their fault!)

Doesn't even deserve a star. Sent me a faulty water pump. Cost me 500 dollar to install and remove again. Wouldn't even refund the money for the part after posting it back to him. The car is still sitting at the mechanics after 6 months.He's cost me 10 times the cost of the part. I hope he receives the same karma that he gives.

Took my Skoda Yeti 2012 to Andrew, and was happy with the price for DSG service & and the loan vehicle was an added bonus. I then returned approx 12 months later for another dsg service, however the Dsg filter was not screwed on correctly. I then lost 4.5 litres of fluid over 6 months and very nearly wrecked the transmission. I find it frustrating that a simole yet crucial step was missed . Thankfully I found a closer to home mechanic that rectified the problem, . I have not talked to Andrew regarding this, but to be fair he did a good job on the first fluid change. The 6 speed dsg vw transmission will start slipping before it fails. Do not ignore this.

Its hard to find a reputable and trustworthy mechanic of this quality. I've stopped taking my card to the dealership and won't go anywhere else.
