Didn't show up when given a whole afternoon window on a Friday....no apology and had to ring Monday again to get someone otherwise as stated on their ph answering machine you will be charged an after hours fee..Tenant was without a toilet all weekend. Didn't take my email down correctly and therefore I didn't get a quote.Expensive and not happy at all.

Dale is very professional and knowledgeable about all things plumbing and roofing. He was very prompt when our issue arose and it was backup and running in no time. When fixing Whirley birds Dale was excellent in communicating what was required and what he was doing in order to fix them.

Plumber was prompt and did good work, fixed leak in less than a hour including getting materials. However, materials weren't quoted and once invoice received there was a 300% mark-up on materials. This was questioned and the invoice was reissued using around 200% mark-up, this was again disputed but left to a poor admin girl to front a unhappy customer. In the end invoice has been paid, but wouldn't recommend due to price.
