Had booked with a nationally-known windscreen replacement company and an hour before they are due to arrive they ring to postpone for two days. I then rang Northside Windscreens. Paul was fantastic and rearranged schedules to do it late that same day. Darcy called when 20 minutes away, arrived and did a very professional job with courtesy. A fantastic experience and highly recommend.

Took all morning to show up and left all glass behind my car for me to reverse into after replacing my rear windscreen. Absolutely lazy. Didn't even email an invoice like I asked.

$180 in labour for a 20 minute job + the cost of the glass = $300.Way too expensive.I wasn't advised that I was entitled to a discount as an RACQ member either.

Guy on the phone was so rude and obnoxious I totally lost it. Why put someone so antagonistic on your sales staff? Would not touch these people with a 20 foot pole.
