Pizza Factory 209

Just ordered a pizza with garlic bread and Pepsi. Firstly, I ticked contactless delivery and noted on order to leave on chair near door…delivery guy did not follow instructions and after two knocks I opened the door, he wasn’t even wearing a mask - not impressed as I am 35 weeks pregnant and trying to keep safe! I told him about the note I left and he said it must not have come through, funny that when my order email confirms the note. Ordered regular Pepsi and gives me Pepsi Max instead, he said they’ve run out…if this is the case then call your customer to see if they’re happy with something else. And to top off the bad experience garlic bread is burnt. After being a regular customer for the last two years, this will b the last time we order from here. Disappointing!

The pizzas are always absolutely delicious! Best place for awesome quality pizza. And the customer service is so friendly and welcoming. Wonderful work ethic and great tasting food!

First and foremost, fantastic pizza. Not only is their finished product amazing but Pizza Factory 209 get the job done quickly. Upon arrival it doesn’t matter if you’ve spent $100 or $20 they greet you with a hello and make you feel welcome. Staff are absolutely wonderful. If you’re thinking of getting pizza, go here. If it’s a bit further than one down the road, I promise you it’s worth it. This is the perfect Pizza Place.

Literally just walked past this place, thought I'd try it. Honestly one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time! The staff are fantastic and friendly, finally a quality pizza shop in the eastern suburbs!!

Love this pizza!! Not too oily, salty or greasy. Reliably tasty and satisfying every time. Home delivery is prompt and easy. Awesome going!

First time at pizza factory. Lovely lady answers the phone takes my order. Call when I’m out the front (sleeping baby in the car) gentleman then advises me that he can’t locate my order. Order is located, I paid and left with pizza. However when I got back home and put the baby into bed, I opened the pizza box and see all the toppings from my small margarita pizza had fallen off the pizza and is now stuck to the side of the box. When I called the store the same gentleman answered and questioned if I had tipped my pizza box over I advised I had not. He then questioned me as if it was my fault I had no toppings on my pizza. Finally I was offered a new pizza made if I brought the old one back. With the baby asleep and me being alone that was not an option. After hanging up the phone I check the other pizza and it is perfectly fine. For a pizza shop with such good reviews I was heavily disappointed as it smelt like a good pizza just with the topping stuck to the side of the box. I will not return again as there are plenty of other pizza shops with just as good quality pizza and possibly better customer service. Shame I can’t attach a photo of my base rather than a pizza I received

Picked a couple of pizzas last night from Pizza Factory 209 and was very impressed indeed. Beautifully cooked meat lovers and a capricciosa with a perfect crusts and generous quality toppings. This will be our go to in Wantirna from now on. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my Credit Card and the guys sorted me out. Great Pizza and great service.
