So rude staff I've ever encountered. Whoever was the manager on 24 Feb 2023 around 10:30pm is the worst person that can be a manager. It's not like I'm asking for free food, I paid for my food, and they sent burnt food and are telling me that's how it's cooked, it's not my first time ordering pizza from domino's. They refused to give credit or come up with any other solution.If you fire this manager, your store will do better.

Honestly the worst Domino's let alone restaurant I've ever ordered from and the bar for quality isn't high. Their pizzas are dry, burnt and consistently don't contain toppings or cheese. Delivery drivers leave orders in the wrong spot and don't update the pizza tracker to let you know the pizza has been dropped off so you are left there wondering Hmm

Which color do you see the most on the pizza? If it's White then you should be happy that your eyes are fine the problem is in pizza that's served. The toppings are the things of past. Inflation is taking toll on your pizza through this pizzeria (supposedly). All that you get are flour and cheese for anything you order. So consistency is something that you can definitely expect and get.

Worst customer service ever. Not only did I receive burnt pizzas, It was a mission to even obtain a refund. I was given a number to message to show the photos and I was told ill receive a refund. Waited 3 weeks and contacted the store, no answer. Contacted the number given to me to send photos and received a call being told off for contacting that number. Disgusting customer service, the staff member yelled at me on the phone and when I came in store for the refund. The look he gave me was like he really hated women. The store was filthy and greasy and this man's finger nails had that much dirt it was horrible.

We were with 5 people here having a lunch. Special price for two large pizzas were 29A$ (includes 1.25l soft drink bottle and garlic bread). Eventually price was more than showed because taxes were not included in price? We wanted to eat in restaursnt but they had not to offer glasses for drink, that was quite stupid. Pizzas luckily were good tasting and that is why this place earned this much stars from me.

Honestly wish I checked these reviews before ordering cause all I can say is the people ain’t lying. After a night out drinking we decided to order something easy for dinner but not only was the food disgustingly poor but the customer service was even more disgusting. I had to ring the next day due to our order being the last one before they closed, rang 4 times and I was hung up on before eventually getting through to the store manager who was extremely rude. She kept asking why I didn’t ring when we received the order even though I had told her that by the time it had been delivered the store was no longer open. After going back and forth with her for 10 mins she told me to ring back after 10pm when they weren’t busy and just hung up on me. The fact they are taking peoples money with this kind of service is appalling. Big F GRADE vibes

If I could give a 0 I would. I live in parramatta yet the delivery took 1.5 hours. All the food was wrong and it was almost completely crushed. Called and got put immediately on hold for 15 minutes. Worst Domino’s I’ve ever dealt with

Very poor service. I ordered a godweather piazza. When I took it home, it was the same thing. My family ate a piece of it without knowing it. When I called him, it was all kinds of excuses. The staff on the phone said that I took the right pizza. At that time, I showed the picture to the staff in the store to order, but I didn't check it when I took it home. I don't think I can accept this problem. The price is different from the pizza he gave me. They can't solve the problem in time, but they procrastinate. Otherwise, they transfer the call. I can't stand the decision to give a bad comment. When I read the comments, I didn't expect that everyone had the same idea, which surprised me, indicating that the service of this store was really poor.
