The 799 route from the Penrith Transport Interchange to Glemore Park is consistently late in the afternoon. All other routes seem to be able to leave at the scheduled time but this is always 5-10 mins late in departing.

The N70 night rider would not let me and my puppy get on bus at Penrith to go to my druittI'm 57 my pup is 7months old it's a small dog most if you see me every day on public transport. The driver left me crying I had no other way home.

I have been living in the Penrith area for 4 years now and I think the privatisation of the bus service out here has been a disaster. The bus timetables are pure fantasy because the busses NEVER come on time. It used to be that you could call and give Busways to give direct f eedback-now you you can't even do that.This is what happens when an essential service is privatised.

I wish I could give 0 stars, most of the time the 758 is late and the bus already waiting on other side, the drive just sitting on his phone inside Bus or sleeping. Start caring more about customers

I would like to know why you have trainee bus drivers on first thing in the morning? They always run late and we all miss our trains to get to work. Please stop putting trainee drivers on first thing in the morning bus number 799.

Young bus driver didn't wait for me being seated causing me to fall on fold up seats landing on my back. A lady sitting in the front seat and man opposite asked if was ok and I said it was hard landing but I'll be ok until the driver slammed on his brakes causing me to fall side ways hitting my head, right side of my neck and shoulder. I told the senior driver/instructor who asked five times if I was ok. Yes! My back was sore with pain going down both legs when I got off at Nepean hospital. Drivers should wait until passengers are seated before taking off saving people being injured.

I was waiting for the 783 today coming from Werrington which stops at my bus stop at 9:11am the bus driver did not follow the route instead he totally skipped Greenwood parkway by the looks of it and came up the other end of Jordan Springs from the northern road and turned left up flagship parade and continued to do the bus route to Penrith- that is not the route and he completely missed a few stops which I’m sure had people waiting at. Please advise your drives to ensure they stick to the route as people do get on the bus from certain stops. This is not professional!!

thankful for all the bus drivers who are driving in flood affected areas such as the Warragamba to Penrith bus. Always super careful and try to make the ride as smooth as possible despite how bad and rough the roads are right now
