This man you can trust - I was having problems with my heater and rang to book an appointment. He was unable to do so because of holidays but went to extreme lengths to help me out as best as possible over the phone. After much effort (including facetime calls) isolated the problem and got me going without him seeing unit. Amazing man (Ian) to help out a stranger and at no cost apart from his time. Thanks again for your effort - amazing
