I turned up on a tuesday at 4.18pm and the shop was already shut. Hours on the website and the door of the shop itself say open until 5. To top it all off there was an employee inside pointing at his watch telling me they're shut. Talk about wasting someone's time.

Customer service is dead at Dulux Brookvale. Both store assistants were rude and didn't want to help. Either these guys are underpaid and don't enjoy their work, or they are in need of some serious customer service training. I'm sure the paint is good, so just go to Bunnings where they will actually help you with Dulux products.

Victor and his team at this store have the worst customer service I've experienced at a Dulux trade store. Talk about not knowing their Epoxy Product range and attacking me for giving them the wrong colour code. Why would I buy an Epoxy Product and give them a non Protective Coating colour tint? Doesn't make sense. Know your product before selling it. The only saving grace to this store was their area manager Adrian who was helpful and found a solution to the issue! Never again. Victor has no people skills and likes to challenge the customers. I'm not the only one who seems to have had an issue with Victor (refer to previous reviews)

Really bad experience with both guys working in the morning. I’m a trade painter with dulux account and I went to match paint. they were rude and told me that the chip of paint was very small to match (it wasn’t too small and I have insisted that they could at least try, which they refused) his exact words were: go to Bunnings (I can’t Believe it!!!)Fortunately guys from bunnings were amazing and did an excellent job matching paint for me.I will never come back to this shop

Nice little find, the local porters shut down but these guys had what I needed. Price was on point as well. Note: There's parking in the back!
