Got myself a pixie haircut. Love how thorough Jess reshaping my hair, while also being very friendly. Overall I had a good first experience having my haircut here.

Not happy with the haircut. Firstly my side fringe was cut too short and then I was told to use hairspray to keep it out of my eyes until it grew longer. I showed Daniella the photo of the style I wanted but when she did the fringe she rushed into it by cutting off too much rather than bit by bit. I understand mistakes happen but it’s not a good practice to ask your customer to fix a mistake you made without apologising and having to pay for the full price.

First time going there and I couldn’t be happier. By far the most reasonably priced place I’ve found, I felt really comfortable and my hair looks and feels so soft and healthy. A lot of effort was put into my haircut and I really appreciate that. Definitely will be going back.

Attended the salon in early January for a cut, colour, blow dry; left the salon very disappointed in the service received.Firstly, the colour used was darker than agreed and completely dried my hair out, which has caused my hair to become brittle. Secondly, the cut received was rushed and careless, hair was not sectioned off at any point during the cut to ensure hair was even; spilt ends were not removed and hair was uneven. Thirdly, hair was not blow dried and was simply dried with heat protection product or any styling product at the end.I left the salon with an uneven haircut, dried hair, no styling product and covered in hair. I was charged $250 for the entire visit and did not revive a service that was worthy of that cost; unfortunately this experience has left me disappointed with the salon and I would not return in the future.
