It is always easy to think that selling your business should be with no drama, just Easy.... Well after doing it three times I can really say now that it is difficult and such an overwhelming experience.Firstly, you have to trust your agent and the agency you have chosen.Secondly, you have to provide so much documentations that you are now ready not to sell......really!Thirdly, you think this is it, you are ready, you have done all the necessary to provide all documentations, you are set to go....Fourthly, you have met the first buyers and your heart is pumping and you really think this is it...just to realised that those people were just window shopping with absolutely NO interest in your business, just negativity, inexperience and that comment...too expensive! F...K!!! This is when you ask yourself again if you have made the right decision to sell.But this is not the end. I remember very well my first meeting with Tiago Gontijo at Delifish Buderim.I remember very well Tiago saying to me clearly that he would sell Delifish......THAT WERE HIS WORDS!Well after a few attempts and definitely some bureaucratic nonsense from our landlord, Tiago manage to sell Delifish Buderim.Tiago was absolutely sure that he had sold. He was convinced and he made me realised that I actually had to trust, trust his knowledge, trust his patience, trust the business that Tiago was representing, but most of all trust him.Tiago has that Brazilian attitude that definitely matches our Queensland lifestyle....easy but surely attitude in my understanding.I have liked his first approach when we first met and I have appreciated his professionalism toward the sell of Delifish.
