Guys, I leave here my feedback on the Jotbikes store for anyone looking to rent a bike. I rented an e-bike from them with a cheaper plan on which you can only ride 80km a week. I thought it was good for me because I wanted to do uber eats only on weekends and I wouldn't use it every day. It turns out that as soon as I rented it, I got a permanent job at demolition, so I wasn't even using the bike on weekends. If I used 3x on uber eats it was a lot, and I'm 100% sure I didn't drive 80km in a week. It turns out that at the end of the 5 weeks I went to return the bike and they said that their marker there registered that I did more than 1000km with the bike, LOL, I even asked the manager if he thinks I went to the Gold Coast by bike. Anyway, they kept my Bondi because they said that this plan could not do uber eats, (even though I didn't reach 80km per week). Anyway, here's my feedback for anyone looking for a bike, I don't recommend them.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY UBER RIDER TO CHOOSE JOTBIKESIn my experience, JotBikes is a terrible bike rental service for delivery riders working with Uber Eats.Firstly, there is no emergency contact available in case of accidents, which happened to me. This lack of support left me stranded and unsure of what to do in case my bike stopped working while I was far from home.Secondly, I found their FAQ questions to be obsolete, and their website link was broken. They claimed to provide a pump, but I never received one. As other problems with their website, as I cannot download my receipts from it (At least the support send them to me by email, but is a waste of time, we are in 2023).Furthermore, JotBikes did not provide a substitute bike while mine was being repaired, and I was told I would be charged extra for common repairs such as a flat tire, even when I am paying for an accident" insurance that may only cover you if the bike is destroyed (I thing you'll have bigger problems relate to your health in that situation...). DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! VERY DODGYI finished my rental in March and still now (May) I'm still getting charged regularly. Even though I have contacted them regarding this issue, I'm still struggling to get it solved. I still get money randomly withdraw from my bank account and now I've been told I have an outstanding balance of $500 out of nowhere (????Do not recommend!

Been waiting for my order for more than 16 days and haven’t received it yet. Send my order as soon as possible. Australia delivery normally takes 7 - 8 days. Email them but no update. The order still stuck in the warehouse? What is going on?

I don't really understand why Uber has had a partnership with this ridiculous business. I booked to rent an ebike and come visit at the appointment time. And they said there is no any bike and you should book again on the website. And even though I book again, they don't even guarantee whether there is a bike or not. They said it is a gamble. Is this a joke? I told them they could tell customers at least before coming to the place so that people don't waste their time and money. The staff says they can't even send us an email because they have no email address with the name of Jot-bike. And the mechanic's reaction was so funny. The mechanic said there's nothing to change for the few customers, and the boss also is not gonna change anything for this. It is actually for all future customers. They just dump their problems on to customers and their head office. I can't believe their arrogant mindset for customers. This business has to close down or change.

Excellent service!I had a misunderstanding with the subscription and I solved the problem in person. One of the service guys speaks Spanish and was very helpful in solving my problem.Rent a 2-battery bike for 5 weeks, with a cart and the truth is that it makes a difference since you don't have to carry your backpack and you never run out of battery.

I came to pickup the bike as per email and sms. But the shop is shut and the customer care number doesnt work.
