What a find! We’re lucky to have such an outstanding local gym. A clean, light-filled space with excellent equipment + facilities and a great selection of classes. The team are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they create a positive atmosphere to train in.I have two PT sessions with Alex each week & he’s genuinely the best trainer I’ve ever had. He makes exercise both fun & challenging- hard to believe but it’s true!

Really stoked to have such a high quality gym in Umina Beach. The facilities are well maintained and clean and there is a good variety of machines and free-weights available. The fees are fair with both causal and fixed term membership options.

I came here for one day and it's terrible! It's overcrowded and there's barely any space to workout. The equipment is outdated and often broken. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful especially the grey haired one at the counter, he showed utter disrespect toward me upon entry. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

5 stars is simply not enough to express just how amazing FCF is. Every trainer is top notch, I highly recommend training with Suzanne (Dorgi) and/or Alex, they're extremely knowledgeable. I'm very lucky to have a sense of belonging, the people there are some of the friendliest people. 100% recommend

FCF Umina is the place I feel happiest. Awesome trainers, well maintained equipment, an abundance of open space, a great range of classes and the ability to cater to all levels of fitness with ease.
