Kihm from Hire For Baby is so lovely and professional. As an expectant mum, she was incredibly helpful during the booking process for our car capsule and the Tens machine. The payment and confirmation was quick and we were assured all was in place for when the items are delivered. On the day of delivery and installation, Kihm arrived on time and installed the car seat and showed us how to use and adjust the car seat. The car seat was clean and wrapped in plastic upon installation and the Tens machine was clean and came with brand new pads ready to go! With Covid lockdown requirements, she also maintained all the social distancing rules and arrived wearing a face mask and gloves. We highly recommend her services.

Kihm offers an amazing local service - we had a pram and car seat cleaned and fitted, and purchased a new car seat that was also delivered and fitted by Kihm. She picks up and drops off and the service could not be more efficient for busy parents. Thanks Kihm!

What a truly fabulous service! Having ordered our baby car seat Kim fitted it (we live in Hampton, Melbourne). I mentioned we had just found out that our 15month old grand daughter had been diagnosed with hips dysplasia and was in a frame and was arriving from interstate. Without missing a beat Kim arranged a wide-base car seat which meant we didn’t need to remove the frame every time she went in a car seat.

I rented an infant car capsule via them. Kihm is a lovely person and installed it perfectly. 6 months down when the car capsule was due for return, it was the same wonderful experience and she came back and removed it without any hassles. I loved how easy it was to hire whatever we needed for our newest arrival and big overseas trip! Kihm was easy to reach always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! We hired the double duo valco which is a breeze to use and the city tour fold down pram to carry on planes which was great and again easy to use! You can also hire pram adaptors for your capsule! Brilliant!
