Don’t underestimate that getting the electrical right is almost as challenging as the home’s floor plans themselves. When you want things to work just right for your individual needs and wants, you need expert advice, guidance, feed back, time, attention and thorough execution of the plan. Damian and Fentons gave us all of that and more. We are so grateful and impressed by the time invested with us to get things as right as possible. The result on moving in was overwhelming - lights that light up areas in just the right ways, positioning of light switches that made sense, power points positioned just where we wanted, great quality fittings. Our outdoor uplighting of trees is an amazing feature that Damien worked with us to achieve. What impressed and encouraged us the most was the fact that we never felt that we were just another job in an otherwise busy schedule. Damian and the team at Fenton Electrical have been an instrumental help for me recently as I dealt with an issue with a local power authority. Damian was determined to get the best result for me and my wife, and he delivered the desired result. His communication skills along the way were first class, all the whilst being realistic and having option A,B&C available to us. Damian's determination to make sure we got the best result possible has saved us in excess of $15,000+. This was after another electrical company who quoted us the job bowed to the local power authority without any objection. Despite missing out on work from this job, Damian always had me the client at the forefront of his mind. I couldn't recommend Damian and his team highly enough, not only do they deliver and get outcomes, their customer service and communication is second to none.

Great experience using Fenton Electrical, from first contact to quote and right through to completion of job. Damian is great, was a tricky job and he worked hard to find solution that wasn't just based on the easiest (and most expensive) option. Great customer service, would absolutely recommend and will be my first choice in any future work required.

While unfortunately I could not use their services because of scheduling, I can’t but praise Damian’s professionalism and attitude. Damian’s concern is more for clients than any other contractors I have met. I am hoping to avail their services in the future.

Had an issue with some area's of my house loosing power. Spoke to Damien and he explained he didn't feel comfortable charging a call out fee for what could be and did turn out to be a simple diagnosis. He explained very clearly how to track the issue. Damian was great to deal with - prompt, reliable and kept in touch via text. We had a quite a tricky job that required a lot of pre-organising (Powercore + carpenter) but Damian managed it all. Shaun who did the electrical work was terrific too. Will definitely use Fenton Electrical again for all our electrical work.

Reliable and highly professional and always back-up it up with technical expertise and safety requirements. I have had a number of services over the years from power upgrades, bathroom fans, lights installed, outside lighting and security, cooktops and stoves installed, new electrical sockets, air con installed. Never an issue and the staff are very well trained and have expert knowledge and impart that without an issue to assure you. Team are on time and polite and a pleasure to use. Needed a phone line relocated in my mother's home because she is a high risk post operative heart patient and also needed a new double power point wired in for her emergency pendant and phone alarm. Searched on Google and found Fenton Electrical.Phoned them and organized a call-out for 2 days later, with due care addressing social distancing because of her vulnerability to infection.The electrician arrived in the agreed time frame and the job was completed within a couple of hours. The cost was within the expected range (plus a 50% discount on the call-out fee).I have no hesitation in recommending them for their responsiveness, work quality, professionalism and punctuality.
