A hidden treasure, that would be a great way to discribe this place. Was privately owned till the late 40's and now owned by the local council.

Stunningly pretty and quiet, peaceful park, which hosts various events throughout the year has a great place for undercover, barbecue and even a fireplace. playground for the kids added bonus. We went in autumn and got treated to a beautiful display of colour from the large European trees in the park.

Beautiful setting, especially in autumn. Equipped with BBQ facilities, restrooms and even a fire place (under cover). Also has a playground for the kids but mine are usually busy with exploring.
