Absolutely disgusting serviceWe ordered Parents 81 and 80 modular couch in Oct as they relocated to Shepparton on 17th Dec. We went to query order and told March another 12 weeks. They treated us like ‘you signed so no recall and will forgo 30% Deposit if cancelTold made in China so expect 5 months. Would never have ordered suite if told truth by sales staff. Parents will loose $2100 and have nothing to showBeware Dishonesty

I have my leather Melbourne sofas since June 2005 and absolutely love them. They are still in fantastic condition, admittedly the chocolate leather hides the dirt. Purchased in Shepparton.

Picked up our furniture last week the staff were as always fantastic.

My partner and I bought the sofa at Plush Shepparton. After 5 month waiting for them to deliver our sofa to my house, the deliver person realised that one of the seat was faulty and couldn’t set up properly. He told me contact to Customer team and the place where we bought the sofa to informed the problem.My partner now is pregnant at 39 weeks and was shocked and came to hospital today after the Lady at Customer team said to her I need to find the lawyer to talk to her or have to wait until she can send someone else to my house and check the sofa if the faulty sofa belong to Plush or We did something wrong with it. She refused to let me know exactly the time to come and fix it, refuses refund our money ! we tried to contact them every day since last Wednesday and nowPlush team made a messy with our lives . They don’t fix and won’t paid the money back! The lady even told my partner just tried to move the sofa to somewhere until they come and check it!What’s the hell with her ? Or what’s wrong with us when we believe in Plush?Poor service, poor quality, stealing our money and waste our time and make my partner now is in bad mood at the due date of delivery the baby!

I purchased a Carlton modular from Karen at the Shepparton store. She was very helpful with my purchase, helping me with colour and size. I now have my sofa and couldn't be happier. Thanks Karen

We ordered our Lounge set and ottoman in June, at the time of the order we were told that the set would be delivered between 12-16 weeks. They told us that the latest we would get our delivery would be early-mid October. Further communication with them informed us that we would be getting our delivery on the 28th of September, then this was changed to the original October date, the day before said delivery we get a call saying that they needed to come the next week not the this week, my partner took the Tuesday off the next week for the delivery, again the day before the delivery I get a call saying that they made a mistake and only the ottoman came in and not the other pieces, that the earliest we would be getting our set would be on the week of the 16th of November. The Week of the 16th of November comes around and no call, we call them to be informed that the sofa's aren't coming until the 6th of December. We call in the beginning of the month to confirm the date of the delivery for the representative to tell us that the sofa's were coming on the week of the 16th of December. Now the issue is NOT the fact that covid caused issues with delivery. It is the fact that the information we kept getting was misleading from the very get-go. The communication with the rep in October informed us that they made a mistake with the timeframe and rather than 12-16 weeks the sofa's would take longer to get here. IF we were told that we would have to wait until December to get our order, we would not have ordered from here. On top of that telling us the day before the delivery date that our product was not coming was not good enough as my husband lost two day's of work waiting on them. No compensation at all for this, they said they'd take off the price of delivery, which is something they were currently offering all their customers at the time. Very disappointed with the experience and will not recommend to friends and family. FYI we did get our set FINALLY on the 7th.
