The MyHome team are always friendly, on time and very easy and pleasant to deal with. Our house is clean and the process followed is consistent. Where there has been a small issue, communication is easy so it doesn't happen again. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t normally review but I was so impressed by the service provided by the MyHome team that I thought I’d write one. The girls did an amazing clean and were incredibly thorough with a great attention to detail. I look forward to having them here on a regular basis.

I do not like writing negative reviews especially for a small business. I tried 3 times to speak to someone from Myhomeclean first and despite promises there was no call back. My services were couch clean and rug clean using dry technology, able to use in 1 hour. It was expensive but I had used the company before and needed to use the couch in the evening. The couch and cushions were soaking after the service, I spoke to the contractor who told me they would be dry in 12-24 hours. It took 36 hours for one cushion to dry . I don't believe the rug was cleaned at all - when I spoke to the contractor he said - I've done the best I can". The contractors also don't leave until you pay which is extremely uncomfortable for a female home alone to argue poor service. I called myhomeclean immediately after the contractor left and no call back. I cannot recommend nor would use again. I needed my carpets cleaned at short notice and they were able to come out the same day. They got out stains I thought were there for good. The carpet looks amazing. Definitely recommend.

Extremely poor cleaning of windows and the company uses foreign students & not qualified window cleaners. When I went to the office and complained Regarding the poor clean & service, I was physically pushed and threatened by the owner. As a professional female and mother, the physical intimidation and threats were shocking. He is an absolutely awful man ... I ended up having to report the matter to Boroondarra police. I would give this service zero stars if I could

Very Efficient and Friendly staff that know how to Spring Clean your Home. I used them for a end of Lease Clean as well and got my Bond back without a fuss.So happy with My Home.

The team of three from Myhome arrived on time, did the tour of the house with me to familiarise themselves with the scope, then got straight into the job. They really did the detailed cleaning that I was hoping for, and worked hard all day until the job was completed. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. At various times they checked in with me on the quality level. I was very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone. We were doing a moving clean of our 5 bedroom house.

Terrible service. I feel bad for the cleaners they send out because they seem to have absolutely no idea what service was ordered, why or anything the company and website promise. Things will be left very dirty in places obvious places for a deep clean.They claim to have a 48 point" clean list on their website which promises to be done with a deep/ spring clean. The cleaners seem to have no idea and said it was too much for them. I feel awful about the kinds of working conditions they clearly have with this company. Not only was it not
