Students in my job share class wanted to give their teacher flowers and chocolates as she is leaving the school at the end of the year. They only raised so much money to be able to get everything they wanted.The staff at Mona Lisa were absolutely wonderful in putting this beautiful box together for the funds the students were able to get together.They were absolutely thrilled as was their teacher.Thank you so much!!Fran

Terrible customer service, when trying to discuss what to include in a bouquet of flowers for my partners birthday in a weeks time, the lady who I was served by asked multiple condescending questions which implied I would not be able to afford the bouquet of flowers which I was asking for. I was interrupted and spoken over loudly when attempting to answer these questions several times which I do not appreciate. When discussing a bouquet, this lady who served me could hardly comprehend creating a bouquet of flowers which was not one of the handful that were on display at the storefront. When I suggested a bouquet which featured some natives in it, she suggested I put ONE SINGLE protea in one of these displays as it would be too expensive" to add more

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sisters graduation, arrived within a few hours. Flowers were really well presented, looked great and smelt amazing. Had a small hiccup with the delivery but Gloria went above and beyond to make it right.Would definitely order from them again.

Beautiful Flowers, lovely people to deal with!Had flowers delivered trouble finding address I was given the wrong address and they went over and above to get the flowers delivered to where I wanted them to go!
