Carmen helped us more than I had hoped. Her advice on the day about how to re-arrange furniture and shift book stands made a huge immediate impact on the children's use of the room. Her vision for how we can reorganise the space and change some shelving was exceptional and it helped me lift my ideas to the next level for room use. Carmen and Sarah have been so helpful with our library shelving order and installation. They have gone above and beyond in every way, revising quotes multiple times to ensure that the things ordered are the best suited to our space and needs and when the shelving was delivered, they came out and helped to put it all together and in the best space for our library. Absolutely pathetic. Nearly every order is wrong, is delayed heavily, or both. When there is an issue, it can take months to see anything done to fix your concern. Simple orders like book covering can be delayed for up to A YEAR
