Will never go here again!! Terrible service all round. First I got told that my stuff wouldn’t be delivered as promised. Then when I said I would have to get it else where and get my money back - suddenly they had the exact same stuff in store ready to go. Not sure if they were selling my stuff to someone else or vice versa. Then the day before everything was supposed to be delivered they said the remaining balance hadn’t cleared and I would have to go in and pay twice even though we could show funds had clearly come out. Had to wait over 30mins for front staff to work out how to use eftpos machines and computers. Then had to go back in to store the next day to put refund back on my card because the funds had cleared!! Absolutely ridiculous customer service! And staff at the front counter who clearly don’t know what they are doing!!

A claim for removal of a small stain by the insurance company used by Amart was flatly refused. Buyer beware!!

Great service, was promptly assisted by friendly and helpful staff, quick process in and out with what we needed in 10 minutes. The store is open and well laid out.

Brought lounge only 16 months old and the leather is peeling contacted the customer care didn't want to know about it said it was caused by sweat no help at all rejected our claim

Large spacious showroom with a vast variety of stock to view and try. The friendly staff are available and do not impose themselves on prospective buyers. Nice and relaxing way of checking out that new piece of furniture for home.

Bruce from the Toowoomba store is patient and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful when my partner and I came in to buy a mattress. He spent a good amount of time with us and assessed us for the right mattress. He explained all the options and what benefits they had and you can tell he’s spent time learning the products and not just what looks/feels good. He did not pressure us to buy but we did anyway as he answered all of our questions. We will definitely seek out Bruce next time we need something and give him our business!

Great prices for what you get. Flap packs are ok, get what you pay for. Quick delivery, easy read instructions. Great place to shop.

Fast friendly service, knowledgeable staff

Would give 0 stars if i could.. We waited 10 weeks for our item to arrive. Item arrived broken, after contacting customer care all they could offer us is to hold the broken item and wait until two weeks for a replacement or offered $180 for a partial refund for a table that isnt safe. Fine ill wait 2 more weeks...Today we recipient an email that our item wont arrive until January... so they expect to hold onto this broken table for 2 more months!!! Disgusting! I want to take my money and spend it elsewhere and actually receive some furniture I can use.Will not be purchasing anything from them again..Oh and AMART I want my money back and someone to pick up your broken table.
