Woolworths Cannonvale

A very busy store catering for the surrounding suburbs. The staff do their best to replenish the stock as it flys off the shelves. The staff that I dealt with were happy, polite and helpful.

Coleslaw is a bit okay but nothing compared to Coles and also doesn't have much of the freshly made salads

Great variety and considering tomorrow is good Friday and we shopped late they still have plenty of stock.

Leah the shop assistant was very rude when I asked her where the veiner schnitzel was. She just grunted and pointed to the freezer. I couldn't find it so went back and asked her again. She the gave me a look and then said. We haven't got any and turned her back on me. Her customer service needs a lot of attention and a course would be a good idea.

I feel like the Airlie Beach woolies is always better stocked and deffinatly kept cleaner. I Feel like at Cannonvale woolies, no matter what time you go there, people are always stocking shelves, always

The staff are sooooo unfriendly and don't care much for their customers. Coles is much better.

I visited this store just before Christmas and it was extremely busy. There where none of the coffee beans I wanted that were on special. I found a store assistant (Nadine) who was very busy replenishing the shelves. When I told her what I was looking for, she immediately stopped what she was doing and went out into the storeroom and returned with the coffee I wanted. She delivered excellent customer service and did so in a very professional & friendly way. Thanks Nadine, good stuff!!

I go there because it is near me. The shop is always out of stock, even before COVID. If anything is on special you have to be lucky to get it. Fruit and veg is anything but fresh. Oh well, at least I get something to eat.

If you send me a text saying my orders ready AND I let you know I'm on the way as per the apps instructions I then don't expect to have to wait 25 minutes for the order to be carted out.

I did a Click and Collect here today as I was time poor. When my order was given to me I could see items I hadn’t ordered immediately, I asked the staff member if they were sure it was my order, yes she confirmed. A few more moments of looking, I could see more items that were not mine and some obvious things missing.Another staff member was called, I’m pretty sure she initially thought I was wrong, but when I started handing her products that I would never buy she quickly got concerned and confused. She floundered around a bit, time was passing and I had a taxi waiting, I then took it upon myself to ask her for a pen and I started checking off my order (why didn’t the staff start doing that?), by this time another lady had come for her order which was also wrong… so much chaos and no one really had a plan to fix it.I handed back what wasn’t mine and took what was, after finding some of it in the other lady’s order… when I got home all the rummaging around had broken my breadstick, my prawns had leaked into my other deli meats, my frozen bag was missing, my mud cake was stuck to its lid and a few other things wrong. Not much of an apology. She did mention something about a voucher but I didn’t get that, I had to go.*sigh* I should have just gone and done the shop myself!
