This store takes customer service to another level!! My wife purchased at a different store and i didnt know this, they spent time looking for the item and then called the other store and allowed me to get the exchange in their store, they pointed out sales and were so lovely. I can't thank them enough, absolute super stars. Thank you so so much

Absolutely love Surf Dive and Ski but I hate how you cannot shop in peace there anymore. Once upon a time you could take your time in there but not now. The staff pounce on you as soon as you walk in making small talk following you around the store it's so irritating. I'm assuming the staff get commission now as this never used to happen. It deters me from walking in now sadly.

Visited on Friday, just browsing, bought a nice pair of Billabong boardies, the young Lass (Tori) who served us was super friendly, in a good way. Today we went back to purchase some fins for my Hubby, the guy (Ricky) that served us was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you Both for good old fashioned service !!!
