We ordered and foolishly I had no proof of purchase as I'm not the best with technology. I spoke with the manager, he was kind enough to fix the order for me and sort it out but I wish this misap didn't happen. The food did arrive and the pizzas tasted great so I'm glad it was sorted. Thank you.

Don’t know why people whinge about these pizzas. I just moved to the area and have ordered from here a few times now. Great, tasty, generous serving toppings on the pizzas. Cannot fault anything.If you want to have a sook and whinge. Go to dominos around the corner you Karen’s

Absolutely the worst pizza shop. Food took 1 hour and 45mins to come. Had to ring the shop twice to find out where our order was and on the second call we were hung up on. Do not go here. Terrible service. Rude. Do not recommend

I’ve never purchased in store. The pizzas are tasty and delicious. I love the thin crust. I usually order the Meat Deluxe and peri peri chicken.

Order a pizza they didn’t deliver it on the docket it clearly says message me when you outside Zakar the manager was very rude and don’t know how to deal with the customer .I will be taking this to the fair trading this kind of behaviour .

I went there picking up the Peri Peri pizza and the pizza scrolls that the waiting was quick and the food tastes good. It was actually the very first time visiting there, and this woman has no idea what was my order number that I ordered a Peri-Peri chicken pizza, and then I misunderstood what she says and then shouts at me what's my name for my order. Really am upset once she handed my pizza and I don't think they were quite professional. Not impressed! Will not visit again.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 1 arrived incorrect. However, I called them and requested the correct pizza to be delivered FOC. In exactly 30 mins (as promised) they delivered the correct pizza to our door! Everyone makes mistakes, bit Crust Narellan has made up for it with a speedy problem fixing service. P.s. the peri peri chicken is delicious!
