Great people make a great business and Falsegrip embodies that ethos. It is the core reason that I became a Falsegrip member. The instructors are all exceptional people, they're friendly, encouraging, supportive and professional. The whole place oozes positivity. Fellow members have also been supportive and made my experience that much more enjoyable. I'm only 4 weeks in and feel that I'm on path to mobility and strength for life. I highly recommend anyone interested to give the trial period a go and see for yourself.

I absolutely loved training at Falsegrip! Regular gyms just bore me and I need some kind of tangible training target. Falsegrip gives you just that and I really fell in love with the prehab classes as well! There are a few unfortunate downsides however, the high prices being one of them - it’s just hard to afford, i.e. with the tight training schedule that doesn’t give you a lot of personal flexibility. I wish they had an additional virtual training that you could do at home (I think they experimented with it but I couldn’t find anything now).I quit after the birth of our daughter - I just didn’t have enough time plus I had an issue with my wrist which prevented me from doing most of the classes (I would have appreciated a membership time-out until my wrist was healed). But I still hope to go back at some point.

Best exercise I've ever done! Falsegrip has the best atmosphere and friendly coaches who will guide you through anything. Most of the time it didn't even feel like exercise because that's how fun fulfilling it was. I've never been stronger or more limber than when I as able to work out here. I couldn't recommend Falsegrip enough! The only reason I quit was because I moved too far away.My only hope is that they open a gym in the East.Best. Place. Ever!

If you want to train in an environment where you are encouraged to constantly challenge yourself and achieve beyond what you thought you were capable of (and still enjoy doing it) then Falsegrip is the place to go.The team of coaches are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others to reach their goals and are inspiring examples of what hard work and commitment can lead to. After seeing how much I enjoyed my training, my teenage daughters have recently joined the Teen GST class. They are loving every minute of it and are growing in confidence, fitness and strength as well as learning to take pride in having a strong fit body that can move.I feel like I've finally found my fitness 'tribe'.Falsegrip is fun, challenging and it works. What more can I say?

If you’re recovering and/or rehabilitating an injury I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s hard to put into words how much Falsegrip has helped me return from a lower back injury, but from having minimal load on my legs for four(ish) months to (finally!) being able to actually run after attending their stretch and prehab classes has been amazing. My recovery is 100% due to the knowledge of the coaches and it’s application in their classes. Not only that, but they are legitimately the loveliest and most supportive people that you’ll meet.Injuries aside, the strength classes are challenging but are without a doubt the most enjoyable workouts you will do. Coming from a background with literally zero gymnastics training, the progress from class to class is addicting. It’s a baby-step approach, so they put you through the basics before throwing you in the deep end. Everyone in the gym is at different stages so their are different classes and workouts suited for everyone.I don’t have a bad word to say about this place and would recommend it to anyone that asked.

I love training at Falsegrip! The instructors are professional and friendly and focus on form which is important to me. As someone new to gymnastics and new to this gym, I was made to feel very welcome, and the exercises are adjustable depending on fitness and skill level which makes them suitable for everyone. Falsegrip is seriously the best gym I've been to!

Love this place! I’ve been going since October 2020 and I love the classes and instructors! Such amazing training for your body to assist with all different types of other sports, dancing and just every day physical health and injury prevention! Everyone on the Northern beaches should really try out FalseGrip classes, you won’t regret it.
