Went and got a Cowboy Angus meal with the new popping pearls coffee. Was told its a seven minute wait for the Angus, that's whatever. spent that amount of time waiting to pay. The coffee pearls were disgustingly rich and made me feel ill, and there wasn't a trace of caramel fudge" in the "caramel fudge iced coffee".In the drive thru waiting bay for a further 15 minutes

Just went in for lunch with a friend after a hard day at work. Was told there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait on the burgers. Which we had no problem waiting for. The staff at the Alexandra hills location. Knowing the long wait time did everything in their power to make us comfortable and happy. Gave us free chips and drinks. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They even brought out the food for the elderly. They went above and beyond with their service. And when we got our burgers they were fresh and delicious. By far the best experience and best burger I have ever had at hungry jacks. Everyone I saw come and go all left happy. And its thanks to that wonderful crew they have working there. Just want to thanks those staff again. You made a day!!

Teenage girls more interested in socialising and applying lip gloss than servicing customers. Food preparers the only ones working. Food was good, but took a long time.

If you like your burger stone cold and chips under cooked then this is the place to be. No announcement of total order. Drinks when handed to me had more drink on the outside of them than they had on the inside of them, made a mess on my car seat covers. Hubby ordered whopper with cheese meal, took one bite and through it in the bin. I ordered whopper junior with cheese meal and ate less than half of it before it too landed in the bin. What a waste of money and time. Will not be returning to this store again!

Careless teens that dont care what they are making. If they are not rude through the drive thru, then they just dont talk clearly and directly to you. Can't even put a burger together? Just throw it in the box and throw it out the window.. atleast be proud of what you are making and put some effort in. If you're going to do something... do it 100%.

I will never order from hungry jacks again. As the saying goes 3rd time lucky not. Our order was a delivery must of sat on the counter for over half-hour, stone cold, had to reheat in microwave. 3 cold meals. The time before we went through drive through, the young girl, was so rude , didn't look at you or smile. And literally threw the food out of the window at me. Hungry jacks at Alexandra hills has no customer service what so ever. I dont even want to give these guys one star . Disgusted

Got my order through door dash, my food was cold, especially the chips. They forgot my coke no sugar, I rang HJ and sorry can't do anything. Overall HJ in Brisbane, my experiences have been very disapointing.

The food was okay but the store is dirty. The floors were sticky and really awful especially outside near ay ground. The window areas hand prints everywhere and even inside the floors not good either. I wander how clean the play area is? In real need of a good deep clean and not with dirty mops.

Apparently this is an Ultimate Whopper. No cheese, etc. The guy who took our order in the drive thru did not repeat our order nor offer any advice on approximate cost. We had to wave our cash in front of him so he noticed that we were not utilising the eftpos machine that he held at arms length toward us whilst he stared at something stuck to the wall in front of him.Went to the next window to be greeted by a girl's back, she half turned and handed us our drink and simply said here's that one" repeated the process when she handed the meal to us "here's that one".No good afternoon
