I had a custom bait board designed and built by plaster and I would recommend anyone who is planning on doing the same to contact them as I cannot fault the service or the quality of their product

I had trouble ordering the online Hatch from Plaztek. When I queried this via email I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt, timely response. The matter was fixed and I was able to make my order online with ease, and professionalism. Thanks Adam. Hoping to receive the order soon.

Great result with my fridge replacement drawer module. Had a concept drawing back in a few days after my initial enquiry, and after confirming the dims it was delivered no fuss at all to PNG. Fit up was perfect. Couldn’t be happier.

Recently brought some plastic board from these guys for a boat fit out. Had exactly what I needed and was very helpful with any questions I had. Excellent customer service.

Extremely disappointing. Ordered and paid AND had several phone conversations with Adam and Katrina. The first attempt was a completely wrong piece, was picked up by a mate who realised it was not right. Then promised it would be done the next day. What a joke. I finally called go be told they had closed for Xmas. The price would be available in February. No notification, no communication, no customer service! Be careful if you use them. At least I got a refund after 6 weeks of misinformation. Beware. By the way, there was no abuse, nor was there any suggestion of progressing my order. Basically it was just extremely POOR SERVICE, mis information and misrepresentation of what they would do. The reply from the owner contains a number of falsehoods. AGAIN BEWARE!

These guys were excellent to deal with from start to finish. We gave them the specifications for a bespoke cabinet for our boat and it fitted perfectly. Nothing is too much trouble. The follow cup was excellent and the product looks like it was made as part of there original build. We highly recommend them.

Decided on designing my own bait board/tackle storage station and Michael and Katrina couldn't have been more helpful. Unit turned out awesome and intestate delivery was a breeze. Highly recommended.

The quality of the workmanship and the ideas applied to a few custom tools I had made was best in class.
