There are several recent negative reviews against this place but my wife and I decided to try it for ourselves tonight. I have a strong review history on my profile, so you know this isn’t a fake review, just click on me.I absolutely can’t fault them, I ordered drinks, they came out within 60 seconds. They didn’t have salt and pepper to season the meat, we asked for some, and it came out within 60 seconds. The soy sauce was sweet soy sauce instead of normal soy (obviously catering to Westerners being in Coomera), we walked inside and they had sauce plates and soy sauce bottles ready to Rock.The menu selection was a bit more limited compared with places in Sunnybank or middle of Gold Coast, but there were plenty of good options, the beef was good, the pork was good, we enjoyed the spicy chicken. Asked for more rice and it came out within 60 seconds.I feel like the recent negative reviews against this place, are people with unreasonable expectations for a Korean/Japanese barbecue in the middle of Coomera that has to cater to Westerners.The food is good, the service is very efficient, I have not a single complaint to make. Don’t let the recent negative reviews fool you, go and try it for yourself. We will be back!

My experience tonight was fantastic. while it was very busy during dinner time, the staff were friendly and attentive, got served food and drinks quickly as well. Excellent value for money and service. We will absolutely come back.

Don’t bother with this place. Horrible attitudes from staff. Put my 8 year daughter on the spot and pushed her up to a measuring tape. Booked ahead and told nothing about a ridiculous height restriction for children (8 and under). New owner is pathetic. Told staff we will get her a separate smaller meal only to be told everyone has to get the buffet. Absolutely zero help resolving this issue. ended up going to Bavarian at Coomera Westfield (Wednesday All you can eat buffet) and we’re greeted by staff that welcomed and valued their customers.If I could rate this place lower I would!

I had the misfortune of dining at this Korean place recently and it was a complete disaster. The manager was absolutely terrible - rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel unwelcome and like we were a burden on his staff.To make matters worse, the food was lackluster at best. The flavors were bland and uninspired, and the portions were small for the price. It was clear that the kitchen staff were not invested in their craft, and it showed in the quality of the dishes.The manager's behavior really sealed the deal for me, though. I've never encountered such poor customer service in my life. He was argumentative, condescending, and seemed to take pleasure in making us feel uncomfortable. It was a truly unpleasant experience.I would strongly advise against eating at this Korean place unless you want to deal with a terrible manager and subpar food. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where you'll be treated with respect and enjoy delicious cuisine.

Was concerned because of some negative reviews. But if you like good food you will be pleased. The Wagu steak was melt in your mouth. The kids loved the cook your own experience!!! Thanks for a nice night!!!

Is there a new boss? The food used to be very good, but the last time I went, the bad food, the bad service, it's not worth your 45 dollars, it's better to eat McDonald's. Not recommended

Loved it!! We went to celebrate my partner's birthday and we had a great time in the restaurant. Staff was lovely, highly professional, place looked good, and the food was super-duper tasty! If you have the BBQ, it's true that it's more on the expensive side but the quality of the meat is amazing and worth the money! Wagyu was my favorite, but everything tasted awesome, fresh and supreme quality. if you don't want to wait, you can come to have lunch. Great place will surely visit again.

Went there with my boyfriend for dinner and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were attentive and the food was excellent. My boyfriend who is a steak lover really enjoyed the wagyu and thought it was one of the best he’s had.We will certainly be back :)

First and last time going to this establishment. It isn’t worth the $45 per person for the buffet. There’s only 2 options for meats (uncooked pork belly and wagyu beef) and 2 options that are cooked (spicy chicken and beef galbi) the sides were average. The lady that served us had an attitude and we felt unwelcomed especially if we needed to ask for something, it felt as if it was a hassle.Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this place - save your $$ and go elsewhere.
