went everywhere looking for a mouse pocket knife then I dropped in to Mitchell's and there it was. great shop great staff beets all other camping shops around for knife's and service

Great store, spacious and very well laid out. Excellent variety of stock ranging from camping gear to military surplus. The staff are friendly and very helpful, I recommend going there, even for just a browse, if you're interested in the great outdoors, you're likely to walk out with something to show for it.

Mitchells Adventure has a remarkable selection of inventory available at all times. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make the shopping experience an absolute pleasure. I visit this store with my friends for all our outdoor needs, and we have always been impressed with the quality of the products and the level of service we receive. Overall, I highly recommend this store and would give it a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.

First visit today and a very good one. A shop that has most things covered if you like the outdoors with a bit of old style army surplus store vibe: Great stuff!

They had a good range of Barmah hats in different sizes, including XL and XXL. We found what we were looking for.

Always like to drop by when I'm near by for all the quirky stuff not listed online.Helpful staff happy to assist where then can, definitely worth stopping in for you camping/ tactical needs.They just need a shop front out North again!

Some decent stuff, but in general poor staff knowledge of what you need/what is usable, but most of all, overpriced to h***. Anything here you can find for much cheaper at a different store in SA if you look. As in, if it's $250 here, it's $150-190 elsewhere. If it's $25 here, it's $10-15 when NOT on sale elsewhere. 90% of the gear is terrible if you plan on going anywhere more than 30 mins away from a city centre.

Very well set up shop with all of the items in categories like tents, military and cooking all in the same spot. Extremely kind and friendly staff, i had Craig and he was helpful. Good prices and good products.

Great prices and wonderful staff. 5/5 online shopping experience. Olivia served us in Melrose park SA store and assisted with return/ exchange of ski gloves. She has amazing customer service skills.
