I worked there. It was odd. Everybody smoked. If you didn't buy takeaway food on Sundays you were sort of left off the next week's roster. Other staff bullied and it was a really uncomfortable place to work. Work rates were manic and supervisors would pick on particular people. Plus were told to call friends and relatives when call rates were low.

I think you got the wrong place, Joa. Due to lockdown, there has been minimal staff in office since 2019. Also, this company do not operate on Sunday.

Market Metrics
Market metrics is probably the most professional call centre in this area. Lower turnover of staff compared with tkw/afs and much nicer management and supervisors!
