RENTERS BEWARE- Hired a large unit in mermaid for 6 months, The units have a floored design on the roof and allows water to run down the rear wall. Alot of my belongings were covered in mould and had to be thrown out. They offered to waterproof the rear wall but after speaking with neighbouring tenants whom already had the waterproofing done to no affect (water still present) i decided to cut my loses and move out. NO compensation was offered.
