My 5 string acoustic bass was in all sorts. Took it to Phil and the team and they did wonders. I needed a neck alignment, restring, polish and to fix the crack in the head stock and they went above and beyond even fixing my pick up and inbuilt tuner which i was unaware had problems as i only really play acoustically. 10/10. And they dont overcharge.

I purchased a D'Angelico excel presumably new ,it is however a demo model, Scratches on the pick guard ,protective plastic missing from the pickups and pickguard ,oxidation on the finial ,gold finish in the hardware very tarnished,I sent an email and got no reply .I am setting a music room for a school ,I will look else were

Phil never gave up trying to find that elusive Turquoise SS, and made every effort to locate it. When we discovered it was out of stock, he brought out a few other colours for me and I just fell in love with the pearl coloured one. Friendly service and great customer service.

Paul and th whole crew were great to deal with. I’m a 46 year old noob on th bass and had gone twice to th ‘corner’ music store and jacks went way above and beyond those guys!

These guys are just awesome, they have a full range and everything in stock ready to go. They are also super good on prices. If you are into music equipment then this is the place for you. Would I recommend =yes.
