Promised a quote 2 days in a row and never even messaged me. I only heard from him as I asked why I didn't get the quote again for the second time. I guess no hot water isn't a priority. Shame.

Heiko is a pleasure to do business with. He is polite and easy to talk to. He installed upgraded my toilet and we have had no problems with it what soever. Cannot recommend Heiko enough. He responded to my initial inquiry email almost immediately - then arranged to come around and quote on works the very next morning.Quote was very competitive and Heiko was able to undertake the works the next day following provision of quote. He was prompt and punctual, the work was carried out to a high standard, and the work areas were left clean and dry.Would recommend Heiko to anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent plumber.

Heiko was friendly, helpful and professional. I just moved into a new house, there were leaking taps and issues with the gas cooktop and storage hws. He fixed my leaking taps and stovetop.My hws needed replacement, Heiko made my job a priority.I will definitely call him in future.
