Sam was so helpful and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend his services enough. I was overwhelmed as i had never bought a coffin before and was grieving my sisters passing. The funeral director we had who is not part of coffin world was not at all helpful and basically left us to our own devices. Sam from coffin world made it easy and made sure I got the right sized coffin (didnt realise there were different sizes) and sent us photos of every angle of the coffin. He also made sure that I got the coffin within the time needed and gave updates on where it was at. If you ever need to buy a coffin he's the one to talk to.

Sam was so incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process of purchasing and receiving the coffin for our mum. He communicated every step of the way sending photos and details of the delivery of our lovely wicker coffin from Melbourne to Sydney in one day. Just gone through the process of organising a funeral, after talking with the Funeral Director we decided to outsource. After a 10 min phone call with Coffin World we purchased one through them.They made the process very easy with meeting the guidelines the Funeral Director gave us (which at first felt a little extreme) also it saved us $1200 purchasing through them. The delivery was excellent with them already having the delivery address (which matched what I was given by the Funeral Director) and taking 1 day to get delivered to Sydney. More importantly the communication with both the process and updates on the delivery status was impressive and eased any concerns I had going through this stressful time.No issues recommending this company to anyone organising a Funeral for a family member
